A major component of our approach is the preparation of the children and young people in our care for a seamless transition into independent living, active participation in the wider community and successful integration into their adult life. Through a meticulous process, we identify, cultivate and assess a spectrum of life skills, providing a clear framework for assessing progress and accomplishments. These include, but are not limited to; practical skills, creative thinking, empathy, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and adaptability – key components that contribute to a well-rounded and capable individual.
